At her relaxed studio ten minutes outstide of the beaufiful town of Henley on Thames, Sam offers a variety of Pilates classes to support both sporting and functional performance for day to day life. Sam has found her method and style of teaching along with her own interest in sport has enabled her to cross over into delivering 1:1 sports based Pilates coaching to amateur and recreational athletes keen to intergrate Pilates into their training programmes. Sam has a mission to encourage more male engagment into the practice of Pilates.
Sam is an advanced certified practitioner of the STOTT Pilates method with Pre and Post Natal qualification. The STOTT method is based on a contemporary approach to the original exercise method invented by the late Joseph Pilates. Incorporating modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation, STOTT PILATES is one of the safest and most effective methods of Pilates available.
